Secret of the Can
Give your students this fast paced one-hour session with Larry Tracey and his “garbage can.” During an hour that has been described as practical and down-to-earth, he gives students a visual that will last a lifetime. Larry shares tools that have helped thousands of teens and adults avoid wandering down the road of personal destruction, and instead sending them on a journey of personal construction.
One of Toastmasters International Top 40 Speakers in 2003, Larry uses personal experiences, audience interaction, and humor as he helps students understand how to apply these principles to their daily lives. “Understanding the secret is the most life-changing event one can experience. No longer are you distracted by the garbage of life but you are now free to pursue your dreams and direction in life.” An excellent way to start a new school year, semester, or grading period!
Seeds of Success
Guaranteed to have a positive impact on an entire grade level or specific student group. Interactive and hands-on for grades 7—12. This program changes lives. All programs are designed to work within your school’s schedule.
How it’s done:
·Multiple small group presentations
·4 to 6 per day
·Through one class (Ex: English Classes)
·The same day each week (Ex: Tuesday)
·5 consecutive weeks
Student Leadership Training
Training is based on the leadership principles of the Youth4Youth Leadership
Program. This one-day retreat-style training is an excellent way to inspire, motivate, and empower your student leaders. Providing a solid foundation through leadership training will unleash the potential your students are holding inside while giving them the necessary skills to take action and get things done. Training takes the group through a daylong process of:
- Speaking Skills
- Leadership and Example
- Your Personal Leadership Qualities
- The 3 Keys of Success
- Brainstorming
- Problem Solving
- Goal Setting
Train student council, class officers, club officers, and sports team leaders.
There is no limit to the number you can train. Follow-up, overnight and summer training are also available.

About the Founder
Simply put: Larry teaches people how to "Plant Seeds of Success" in others and in themselves. Woven within his experiences, ideas, stories, and thought-provoking questions, are hundreds of seeds for success. This former classroom teacher, past outreach coordinator for at-risk youth, and counselor, left the security of the educational environment to increase his ability to impact and change lives.
