Youth4Youth is committed to protecting your privacy. Information gathered on our websites is confidential and is used for the purposes of our websites, research and marketing to better serve your interests. We respect your privacy and will never sell your information.
INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU AND OUR USE OF SUCH INFORMATION

1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Although our websites may be accessed by children under the age of 12, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from such children. If we become aware that we have collected any personal information from children under 12, we will promptly delete such information from our databases.

Any personal information (e.g., name, e-mail address, or otherwise) provided by such users may be used by Youth4Youth or its respective affiliates, employees, agents, third-party content providers, technical providers, or licensors, if any, as they may determine, without any compensation or consideration to the user. When a user submits a story/content to Youth4Youth (which may include the user name, text, photos, or otherwise) such user grants Youth4Youth the right to review and edit such content. If Youth4Youth desires to utilize the user's content, the user will be notified via email or regular mail of its desire and permission for use will be requested.
3. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Youth4Youth does not collect personally identifiable information unless our visitors voluntarily provide it to us. This information is necessary for enrollment in our programs, for program information requests, updates and newsletters. When visitors come to our site, we may automatically collect some non-personally identifiable information such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows or Mac OS) and browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, and the domain name of the Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink). When you visit any of our websites, a cookie may be placed on your computer or the cookie may be read if you have visited one of our websites site previously. Youth4Youth uses cookies to allow us to determine how we may serve you better.
This also allows Youth4Youth to track the sales made to customers referred by you so that you can receive compensation under our affiliate program. If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from Youth4Youth websites, you may not be able to view all the text on the screens, or to experience a personalized visit, or to subscribe to certain service and product offerings on our websites. We also use cookies to determine how many visitors we have and how often they visit various sections of our site.

allows use to better serve the needs of our customers.

secure. We will however, strive to protect your personal
information. You transmit information to Youth4Youth at your own
risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to
ensure its security on our systems.

We will comply with any subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes for any of the information about you in our possession, and we may use such information to establish or exercise our legal rights, or to defend against legal claims.
We may provide aggregate information, such as the number of users who visit a particular linked site, to other parties.
We routinely provide your name, mailing address, and email address to an unaffiliated third party that manages our mailing list and prepares communications with users of our website.
In addition, information about you in our possession may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, as well as in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which your personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company.

Each website should be checked for its own privacy policy. Such shared information is subject to its policies and practices and is independent of Youth4Youth.

At times, Youth4Youth may update this privacy policy. Whenever a change to this policy is significant, we will place on our websites.

By choosing to visit our websites or otherwise provide information to Youth4Youth, you agree that the law of the State of Ohio will govern any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this privacy policy. You also agree to arbitrate such disputes and to abide by any limitation on damages contained in our Terms of Use or other agreement we have with you.
