Goal
Youth4Youth will be active in 20,000 schools globally by the year 2020.
Purpose
Youth4Youth is 15 to 40 students developing leadership, successfully creating solutions and making a difference as they build and promote self-confidence, leadership, character, responsibility, respect, safe schools and healthy decision making.
Imagine a whole district; administrators, staff and students pointed in the same direction at the same time.
Vision

Youth4Youth has changed education worldwide by helping each school building truly become an environment of support, respect, and safety for all, regardless of intellect, physical barriers and limitations, race, social, or economic issues. Youth4Youth has created an environment in which all students are given the opportunity to discover and begin development of their potential.
Youth4Youth has become the leader in school programming and training on respect, positively, communication and leadership skills, and social/emotional development in youth as it has created a worldwide network of teamwork, support, and membership.
We see a shift in work ethic and integrity as Youth4Youth members mature, graduate school, and become members of the workforce and business community worldwide.
Youth4Youth has corporate and private donors who practice the principles of Youth4Youth in their business and employment affairs. Youth4Youth and its sponsors are known in each household for spreading love and kindness through respect and helping others.
